Join us for a revitalizing National Day of Wellness on Saturday, August 16, 2025, hosted by the Urban League of the River Valley Young Professionals (ULRVYP) at the John P. Thayer YMCA, located at 24 14th Street, Columbus, GA 31901.
You’ll have the option to participate in one or both of the following energizing classes:
Body Pump – 9:00 AM
Body Combat – 10:00 AM
